Please note that, due to the size of some of our products, we are only able to deliver certain pieces within the East Midlands. All items will be available to be collected on appointment. For further details, please consult individual products or contact us at christine@claystudio.co.uk.

Clay Studio Nottingham currently ships to the UK only.

All orders include Royal Mail Tracked 48® shipping, unless otherwise specified, and are normally sent out within 3 working days.

Products are also available for collection at Clay Studio Nottingham, Primary Gallery, by appointment only. To organise a visit, simply get in touch with Christine by emailing christine@claystudionottingham.co.uk

Clay Studio is committed to using sustainable packaging and to avoid the use of plastics in shipping as much as possible. We use eco-friendly wrapping, tape, and cardboard boxes, which can be composted or recycled.

We have developed special packing systems to ensure your goods arrive safely and intact. In the unlikely event of breakage, send us an email with photo attachment of how the item arrived so we can learn from the incident and we will send a refund or replacement.
